Once you grant us access to your QuickBooks Online account, we run a full diagnostic within 48 hours. We check every bank and credit card account for unreconciled transactions, scan for miscategorized entries, review your chart of accounts structure, and assess balance sheet accuracy. You receive a written report showing exactly what needs to be fixed, how long it will take, and a fixed-price quote — before any work begins. The $97 is credited to your first invoice if you hire us.
