Founder
Robin Buckallew, MBA, CPA, is a seasoned accounting professional and business owner with a proven track record of building and scaling successful bookkeeping operations from the ground up. She began her career in corporate accounting and financial analysis, later stepping into leadership roles—including serving as a controller/CFO for a construction company—where she oversaw financial operations, reporting, and job costing systems.

Since 2018, Robin has built and grown multiple bookkeeping businesses, supporting over 100 small business owners with their financial systems—specializing in service-based businesses, real estate, and contractors. Known for simplifying complex financial processes, she helps clients clean up, catch up, and stay on top of their numbers with clarity and confidence.

Jamison Iovine
Bookkeeping Manager
Jamison brings over 15 years of experience in bookkeeping and account management, with a diverse background supporting businesses of all sizes—from small startups to large corporations and nonprofit organizations. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and has demonstrated a strong aptitude for numbers from an early age.
His focus is straightforward: helping business owners gain clarity in their finances, build a solid foundation, and move confidently toward the growth and profitability they’re working toward.

Erin brings over a decade of experience in executive administrative support and customer service, along with nearly seven years of hands-on bookkeeping support for small business owners. Her work is rooted in one core principle: no two businesses are the same.
